Commercial terms
What is confirmed so far. This page is not a contract — your agreement with Ironline is, and you see it before you sign.
Prices
Every plan has a once-off setup fee and a monthly fee, shown separately on the pricing page in South African rand. Ironline isn't VAT-registered yet, so no VAT is charged. The prices already allow for VAT, so they won't go up if we register.
On the Website plan we build a free demo first — you pay R750 to launch it only if you like it. Website Plus and Signature are designed from the start, so work begins once the setup is paid.
Your domain and content
Your domain and your content belong to your business. Ironline provides the hosting for websites it builds.
Minimum term and cancelling
Plans have a minimum term of 6 months. To cancel, give us 30 days' notice, and we hand everything over: your domain, your content and the site files.
Your agreement
Your signed agreement with Ironline sets out the full terms. Where it and this page differ, the agreement applies.
Automations and third-party costs
Automations run on third-party services. What each plan includes, and what is charged beyond that: set out in writing before you sign.
Advertising
Where we manage ads for you, your ad spend is paid directly to Meta or Google, separately from our fee. No advertising result is guaranteed.
