On the Website plan we build a free demo first — you pay R750 to launch it only if you like it. Website Plus and Signature are designed from the start, so work begins once the setup is paid.

Before you book
The questions people ask first.
Who owns the domain?
You do. Your domain and your content belong to your business. Ironline provides the hosting.
What is the monthly fee for?
Every plan has a once-off setup and a monthly fee. For a website it covers hosting and keeping the site current. For automations it also covers the third-party services that run them each month.
Is there a contract, and what if I leave?
Plans have a minimum term of 6 months. To cancel, give us 30 days' notice, and we hand everything over: your domain, your content and the site files.
Does AI usage cost extra?
Some automations send SMS or WhatsApp messages, and AI Front Desk uses call minutes. What each plan includes, and the rate for anything beyond it, is set out before you sign.
Is VAT included?
Ironline isn't VAT-registered yet, so no VAT is charged. The prices already allow for VAT, so they won't go up if we register.
Is the website really a free demo?
On the Website plan, yes. We build a working demo of your site first. If you like it, you pay R750 to launch it, then R1,500 a month. If you don't, you don't pay anything.
Website Plus and Website Signature are designed for your brand from the start, so work begins once the setup is paid.
Do I need an Ironline website to buy an automation?
No. Automation plans work with or without an Ironline website, on your existing number where it is supported.
